1. RCCs to conduct Quarterly Meetings to share experiences at regional levels
2. RCC to be involved in organising national events, e.g. World AIDS Campaign, AIDS Candlelight Memorial, Community Mobilization, e.g. in VCT, Positive Living, drama festivals, fundraising etc.
3. RCC to help monitor, evaluate and facilitate regional support group activities
4. RCC to conduct exchange visits among regions to enable members share best practices
5. RCCs to be the structural organ that submits reports from support groups to MANET+ Secretariat and also receive feedback and report from the former
6. RCCs to ensure communication strategies in MANET+ are established and upheld as these are very significant
7. RCC to work with all support groups in the Regions to promote the existence of MANET+ and its activities
8. RCC to get training and orientation of its members (RCCs)
9. RCC to help MANET+ Secretariat establish a budget and workplan for RCCs and support groups
10. RCC to ensure they get motivated in their work through supervision by MANET+ Secretariat
11. RCC to frequently conduct meetings facilitated in conjunction with MANET+ secretariat
12. RCC to supervise their regional member support groups
13. RCC to encourage their regional member Support Groups to implement their activities, e.g. HBC, Counseling, HIV/AIDS Education Outreach, Group Therapy Meetings, etc
14. RCC members should promote and practice networking
15. RCC to meet quarterly to establish Programmes/projects, compile reports on activities in districts at regional levels
16. RCC to conduct network visits among themselves to share experiences on their various activities like Advocacy, HBC, Orphan Care, Counseling, etc
17. RCC to encourage regional member support groups to write activity reports and timely share them with other groups in the network
18. RCC to conduct regional training workshops to support groups
19. RCCs to ensure training (capacity building) to enable them understand their roles and activities

REQUIREMENTS TO ENABLE RCCs CARRY OUT ROLES AND ACTIVITIES

1. Securing regional offices from which RCC members could operate
2. Securing funding to enable them carry out their activities at regional level with member support groups
3. Ensure and assist member support groups acquire knowledge and skills in resource mobilisation to enable them carry out activities that the RCCs would be coordinating in addition to the core member group activities.
