National Empowerment Workshop (PDF 338KB)
The workshop was organized by MANET+ in May 2004 with participants from all Regional Coordinating Committees and various partner NGOs and CBOs. The purpose of the workshop was to empower the participants with the skills to speak up on issues of stigma and discrimination and the importance of getting the communities on board.
